Type in your email address in lower case. Your email address will be your User name plus the Domain name. For example:
(jdoe@waverly.net or jdoe@centerville.net) The domain name will depend on the area you live in however, some of our mcewen users use the waverly.net domain. Click NEXT to advance to the next step shown below.

The Incoming POP3 server name and the Outgoing SMTP will be the same. The mail server names will depend on your email address or the domain you belong to. The mail server names are as follows: Click next to advance to the next step shown below

Your Mail Account name will be the same as your User name that you supplied Emily with earlier. The password will also be the same. Click NEXT to advance to the next step shown below.

You now ready to go online. If you want to connect immediately place a check in the box and click finish. From then on the only thing you have to do to get online is to double click on your Internet Explorer Icon on you Desktop.

We recommend that you set your browsers home page to display the eSupport web site each time you sign onto the Internet. To do this Click on START and then on SETTINGS and then on CONTROL PANEL. In Control Panel  double click on the INTERNET OPTIONS icon to display the Internet Properties window shown below.

In the Home page section type one of the following web addresses in the Address Field.(all of the following addresses go to the same eSupport web site)

Now click on Apply and then on OK and close the Control panel.
